  1. Membership

We offer a monthly membership that provides unlimited access to all 100+ instructors across 11 categories. This membership is an auto-renewing subscription product designed to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to the platform. Here’s how it works:

  • Your account will be charged for renewals using the payment method you provided during the initial sign-up.
  • If you received an annual membership as a gift or accepted a Guest Pass to try annual membership, your account will be charged after the gift subscription or Guest Pass period ends.

1.1 Cancellation and Refunds

  • No Refund Policy After Trial Subscriptions: If you have signed up for a $10 trial, you will not be eligible for a refund. After the trial period, depending on the offer at that time, you will be subscribed for 3, 5, 7, 15, or 30 days. You will then be charged for the full year’s subscription.
  • The trial 10$ fee is not refundable
  • You can cancel your account at any time or disable Yearly Billing by writing the support team.
  • You have the option to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time by adjusting the settings in your account.
